Before you book

Check-in and check-out: Your reservation confirms the times for your stay. If you need an early arrival or late departure, ask us in advance; availability and charges may apply.

Guest registration: We will send a check-in form. Identification may be required for each occupant by building management, community security or local regulations.

Parking: Parking arrangements vary by property. Your arrival message includes the relevant location and access instructions.

Pets: Please request approval before booking with a pet. The pet fee is 10% of the reservation amount and will be confirmed for your booking.

Security deposit: A deposit may be required. If applicable, we will confirm the amount, payment arrangements and expected return timing before check-in.
