SweetStays provides holiday-home stays in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit book.sweetstays.net, make an enquiry or reservation, complete guest registration, or communicate with us about a stay. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries; arrange and manage reservations, payments, registration and access; send arrival and departure instructions; provide guest support; and handle booking-related issues. Information may also be needed for tourism registration, accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Promotional communications are separate from messages needed to manage your stay, and you can ask us to stop promotional messages.

Basis for processing

We process personal information where necessary to arrange or fulfil your booking, comply with applicable legal obligations, or on another basis permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, we seek it for the relevant purpose. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing or information that must be retained for another lawful reason.

Sharing and service providers

We use Hostaway to manage reservations, our booking website, guest forms and communications. Relevant information may be handled by booking platforms, payment providers and other service providers supporting your reservation. We may share necessary guest or vehicle details with building management, community security or relevant authorities for registration, access or legal requirements. Access and sharing should be limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose.

Cookies and website operation

The website and booking services may use cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the service, remember choices and support booking or payment functions. Information is handled through the systems used to manage your booking and communications. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send payment-card details through ordinary email or chat. Some service providers may process information outside the UAE; any transfers must follow applicable data-protection requirements.
